Refund Policy

Erosyn Labs products are intended for laboratory research use only and consist of sensitive, sterile materials. To protect product integrity and maintain fairness for all researchers, we enforce a strict returns and replacement policy. This approach aligns with industry standards followed by other RUO suppliers due to handling sensitivity and risk of degradation.


All Sales Are Final

Because Erosyn Labs, Inc. products are classified as research use only (RUO) compounds, all sales are final once an order has shipped.


We do not accept returns or issue refunds for the following reasons:
 • Ordering errors
 • Change of mind
 • Improper use or handling
 • Reconstitution errors
 • Shipping delays caused by incorrect address information provided at checkout

Reconstitution & Handling Responsibility


All Erosyn Labs vials are third-party tested for identity and purity prior to shipment. Once delivered, all laboratory preparation—including reconstitution methods, solvent selection, sterile technique, storage conditions, and handling—is the responsibility of the purchaser or researcher.


Cloudiness, precipitation, or degradation observed after reconstitution is most commonly caused by factors outside our control, including:
 • Use of non-sterile or contaminated solvents
 • Use of non-bacteriostatic water
 • Improper storage or temperature fluctuations
 • Vigorous or improper mixing
 • Compromised sterile technique during preparation


These conditions do not indicate a defective product.

 

Replacement Eligibility

We will replace or reship an order at no cost if:
 • An incorrect product was received
 • The order arrived damaged during transit
 • The shipment is confirmed lost in transit and shipping protection was purchased


To qualify, customers must contact support within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
 • Order number
 • Clear photos of the issue
 • Photos of the packaging condition
